The tracker is a public planning board for the parts of Stone & Perry that are still taking shape. It gives each concept a place to live before it becomes a fuller journal entry or a physical prototype note.
We want it to show movement without making the project feel like a shop. Stages such as initial concept, profile testing, material planning and handle refinement make the early work visible.
Later, the tracker can grow with the workshop. For now, keeping the board focused makes the first decisions easier to follow.
